Wes Hodges is American Compass’s founding coalition director. He brings years of experience working to build extensive and effective coalitions in academic, legal, and political settings. Prior to joining Compass, he served as associate director for the Federalist Society's Practice Groups, helping to manage the communications, commentary, and programming for a network of over 400 experts in an affiliation model focused on community and debate.
Hodges holds a B.B.A. cum laude from Baylor University, where he had the honor of serving as student body president. He is a John Jay Fellow and an Eagle Scout. He lives on Capitol Hill.
