Tim Rice is a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Previously, he was Senior Editor at Keybridge Communications and Deputy Director of Health Policy at the Manhattan Institute.

His writing has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Examiner, and City Journal, among others. He is a Claremont Institute Publius Fellow and holds a B.A. in political science from the College of the Holy Cross.
