Stephen Siao is the Chief of Staff for the Office of U.S. Congressman Mark Green (R-TN). Prior to his appointment as the youngest Chief of Staff at the start of the 116th Congress, he held grassroots and communications roles at Heritage Action for America and the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. In the 2016 election cycle, he served as the Georgia and Tennessee State Director for Senator Ted Cruz's presidential campaign.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Stephen has served a total of nine years on the executive committees of four different Republican Parties and auxiliary organizations, including five years as chairman. A longtime Tennessean, he was elected as a Delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention and was named the Williamson County Republican Party’s 2018 Republican of the Year.
