Natalie Morgan currently serves as press secretary for US Senator James Lankford on Capitol Hill. Prior to this role, she worked as deputy press secretary for US Senator Marsha Blackburn. During the 2020 presidential election cycle, Natalie was the deputy executive director of Women for Trump. She is on the board of the Independent Women's Network Washington, DC chapter and is a member of King's Church.

Natalie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in journalism and mass communication from the George Washington University (GW). While in college, she interned for the National Conference of State Legislatures, AARP's Wish of a Lifetime, and White House Office of Speechwriting, twice. On campus at GW, Natalie was Network of Enlightened Women (NeW) president, Undergraduate Law Review editor, and College Republicans Fair Elections Committee member.
