Marshall Yates is an Alabama attorney, who graduated from Auburn University the same year the Auburn Tigers won the 2011 National Championship. War Eagle! Currently, Marshall serves as the Executive Director at the Election Integrity Network.

Previously, Marshall served as Chief of Staff to Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL), where he spearheaded election integrity efforts in the House of Representatives from 2017-2022.  Marshall lives in Navy Yard with his wife, Mary, and cocker spaniel, Peanut.
