Ken is currently counsel to U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, who sits on the Judiciary Committee and serves as ranking member of the Subcommittee on the Constitution. Previously, Ken was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, and a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Ho on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Ken graduated with his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
