Jack Lincoln currently serves as the Legislative Director for Congressman Ken Calvert, where he oversees the appropriations process and development of key policy priorities, including national defense, energy, and water issues.

Previously, he spent three years working on federal regulatory and legislative policy for a power agency in California.  His legislative background includes appropriations, natural resources, agriculture, defense, trade, and foreign affairs.

Lincoln holds an M.A. in Global Communications from the George Washington University, and a B.A. in International Relations from Chico State.
