Emma Waters is a Research Associate in the DeVos Center for Life, Religion, and Family at The Heritage Foundation. She is also a visiting fellow with Independent Women's Forum and a contributing author with World magazine.
In her role with Heritage, Emma leads the Bioethics and Assisted Reproductive Technology policy platform. She regularly writes and speaks on these issues from a political, cultural, and religious standpoint. And she previously served as the Coalitions Manager of American Moment.
Emma is the 2023 winner of the Intercollegiate Studies Institutes "20 Under 30" award and was selected for the 2023 Publius Fellowship. Her work may be found in Fox News, Newsweek, RealClear Policy, The Federalist, Institute for Family Studies, The Daily Signal, and more. Emma lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and their daughter.
