Brian Hawkins is the Senior Director of External Affairs at People United for Privacy Foundation, where he convenes partners to protect donor privacy rights. 

A veteran of the United States Army, Brian deployed to Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom XIV and served a tour of duty in South Korea.

Brian earned his Master of Public Administration at George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Azusa Pacific University.
