Andrew Heim is the Executive Director of Washington Operations for Hillsdale College in our nation’s capital where he leads and manages the staff, facilities, budget, and operations for the campus. Prior to rejoining Hillsdale, Andrew worked with a variety of organizations, from early-stage startups to global brands, building their fundraising capabilities and communications strategies.  

During his first tenure at Hillsdale College, Andrew led interdepartmental teams to launch the inaugural master’s degree program offered by Hillsdale College in Washington, D.C. In addition to launching the School of Government, Andrew managed the re-formatting and launch of the James Madison Fellowship program and several other operations and research projects.  

He received his B.A. from Ave Maria University and his M.A. from Hillsdale College in Michigan. Additionally, Andrew is earning his wine certifications through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, enjoys both domestic and international travel, and believes in the power of lifelong learning.
