Andrew is an economic and fiscal policy analyst at the Commonwealth Foundation, a think tank focused on public policy in his home state of Pennsylvania. He was previously a vice president and equity market
strategist at an investment bank in New York City.

Andrew is a graduate of Michigan State University and the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
