Hillsdale in D.C. Co-Hosts “The Right Start” Event

WASHINGTON, D.C.--Hillsdale in D.C. co-hosted “The Right Start” event at The Heritage Foundation, which is one of the largest young conservative events of the year. This event welcomed D.C. interns and newcomers to the city for an evening filled with career opportunities and fellowship.

Over 100 young professionals attended the event. Many stopped by Hillsdale’s both to learn more about the Van Andel Graduate School of Government and James Madison Fellowship.

“Good government is supposed to tap into eternal truths and to fight for what is good and just,” Manager of Graduate Programs, Caleb Pascoe, said to the crowd. “We don’t know how to govern well unless we study those eternal truths. That is what our Master’s degree does—it teaches you prudential judgment rooted in truth so you can go out and fight the good fight.”
