Michael Anton, lecturer and research fellow at Hillsdale College’s Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship, received a B.A. from the University of California at Davis, an M.A.L.A. from St. John’s College, and an M.A. in government from Claremont Graduate University. Prior to joining Hillsdale College, he served in the Trump administration as Deputy Assistant to the President for Strategic Communications. He has written for numerous publications, including The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and the Claremont Review of Books, and he is the author of After the Flight 93 Election: The Vote that Saved America and What We Still Have to Lose.
