J.W. Hart is the Manager of Operations for Hillsdale College in D.C.  He oversees all operations, including maintenance, facilities, security, personnel, and large projects. J.W. is also currently a student at Hillsdale College finishing his BA in Political Economy.

J.W. grew up in North Adams, MI on a family owned dairy farm, where he developed his strong work ethic. After completing high school he spent two years working as an EMT and six years serving in the Air Force, where he developed a strong background in operations and logistics.  

J.W. enjoys spending time at his farm back home with his family and dog, Bear. He is also an avid outdoorsman and spends his spare time developing his skills in the field of economics.
